Payment Terms We start a design without prepayment. You pay only after getting acceptable results from our side. Our prices are fixed. Please make sure to acquaint yourself with our pricelist and ways of payment before making your order. The payment should be done within 3 days after graphic design confirmation else design is considered unclaimed. In case of credit card payment the payment is considered done immediately after transaction. In case of wire transfer - when funds are deposit into our bank account. Any unpaid or partially paid work contains "Alexo.info demo" watermark implemented into graphics. Payment processing fees are not included in our prices. We don't accept PayPal payments. Development Terms We use your design specification to most closely correspond with your preferences. Approximate required time for each kind of work is published in a service description. Authorship Terms When you order a complete website, HTML website template or webpage layout design, it's necessary to publish Designed by Alexo.info link on a title page of your site. If you wish to use a link-free design on your site, you need to purchase ALEXO link removal. In case of unauthorized Alexo.info link removal, we remove a work from our portfolio and display it for sale. Subcontracting Terms To order a work for resale to your own client and get the right to publish it in your portfolio as a product of your company, you need to pay subcontracting fee (15% of ordering cost) plus the cost of ALEXO link removal. Copyright Terms You get sole right on 100% paid custom work.
